🌟 Opening Ceremony: We're thrilled to announce that Saranac Laker, Mary Agnes Pelletieri, will be presiding over the Art Show during our Guideboat Show at the historic Hotel Saranac. Join us on July 1 at 4 pm for the grand opening and enjoy artworks celebrating the Adirondacks. Artists, don't miss your chance to showcase your creativity — details on entry below!
🎨 Art Show Details: Area artists can enter up to two pieces for a $10 fee each, with all proceeds contributing to the prize pool. Contact Sandra Hildreth at (518) 832-0081 or Kathy Dyer at (505) 235-1268 for more info.
🎸 Closing Celebration: At the finish line on race day, July 7, Bernie Branch will serenade us with his soulful tunes. Join us at the Saranac Lake Fish & Game Club for music, food, and family fun!
🚗 Support a Cause: Parking is free, but donations are encouraged to aid the King family of Tupper Lake, who recently lost their home in a fire.

Saranac Laker, Mary Agnes (Aggie) Pelletieri has been selected to serve as Judge for the upcoming Art show being held in conjunction with the annual Guideboat Show held in the historic Oak and Ballroom of the Hotel Saranac. The Shows open on July 1 with a reception at 4pm and continues daily through July 8 from Noon through 8pm. Area artists have been invited to enter their art, in any medium, featuring human powered aquatic craft.
Aggie, a former Saranac Lake Chamber of Commerce Director graduated from Paul Smith’s College, SUNY Plattsburgh and SUNY Potsdam. She holds a BA degree in Studio Art and Art History with a Masters degree in education. She worked at the Lake Placid Center for the Arts as the Public Relation and Gallery Director and was an elementary art educator at LP Quinn in Tupper Lake, NY for 16 years. Currently, Aggie is pursuing a long list of creative endeavors and we are glad to borrow her time for this first year event.
Artists pay $10.00 to enter up to two of their works, in any medium, to be displayed and or offered for sale. The total collected will be given as cash prize(s).
